Rental Management Services
In the corporate web site of YKS, a marketing focused field for following up the rental services will be created. Additionally YKS will contact with local and international real estate agencies to follow up the rental services. The procedure will be as follows:
- The owner will apply to YKS and allow the firm to search for tenants by website & real estate agencies.
- YKS extends itself to find the best solution for the rental business via its own web site and through real estate agencies without the inclusion of rental guarantee.
- YKS requests a rental fee from the owner.
- YKS requests a deposit from tenant for fees like water, gas, fuel, etc.
- YKS offers a prepaid landline telephone system to tenants for the telephone expenses.
- All the above written services for the rental procedure are optional for the owner. The owner may find a tenant by him/herself or may apply to YKS during each step of the rental procedure.
