The Garanti Bank in Turkey provides mortgages in both local currency (YTL) and foreign currency. With loan periods up to 20 years, 65% of the sales price can be financed.

Origination available in New Turkish Lira (YTL), Euro, US Dollar, GP Sterling and Swiss Frank
Maximum loan term of 20 years
Maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 65 % of the appraised value
Maximum loan amount of YTL 500.000 or equivalent in foreign currencies
Life insurance, personal house insurance and Natural Disaster Insurance Authority (DASK) will be requested
Transaction charge 1000 YTL. (This charge is excluding the brokerage fee. In case a broker is used, the expense will be an additional cost for the customer).
Mortgage product commision 1 %.
Interest rates are the same as for Turkish citizens.
