When buying a property abroad, there are many criteria that should be considered.

Political stability

Turkey, a parliamentary representative democracy and a full member of NATO, has been political stable for several years. This stability was once more confirmed during the general elections in 2007. As a candidate member, Turkey is continuously increasing the standards and fulfilling the requirements for joining the EU in 2015,

Economical stability

In response to determinant macroeconomic policy implementations throughout the past five years, GDP growth has reached 7.2 % on average and 6.1% in 2006, making Turkey one of the fastest growing economies in the world.
